WaterBookNow (“we”, “us”) is a water plant management platform operated by Advanzo Tech. This policy covers our website, owner portals, customer portals, delivery staff tools, and related services.

Information you provide
- Contact and demo forms (name, plant name, city, phone, email, message)
- Account registration details for plant users, customers, and delivery staff
- Business data you enter: customers, sales, deliveries, bottles, payments, expenses, and notes
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited (for security and reliability)
- Session and preference data needed to keep you signed in and remember UI settings
3. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Respond to demo requests, contact inquiries, and support questions
- Authenticate users and enforce role-based access within each plant
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- Send operational notices (for example, account or subscription updates)

4. Plant customer data
When a plant stores customer phone numbers, addresses, ledgers, or delivery history, that plant is responsible for how it collects and uses that data. We process it as a service provider to host and operate the software for that plant. Plants should only store information they are entitled to keep.
5. Sharing
We may share information with:
- Infrastructure and tooling providers needed to run the Service (hosting, email, monitoring), under appropriate safeguards
- Professional advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
- A successor entity if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer
Plant staff only see data for their own plant according to assigned permissions.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication, CSRF protection, and core site functionality. Analytics tools, if enabled later, will be described here and configured to respect applicable requirements.
7. Retention
We keep account and operational data for as long as your plant uses the Service and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, disputes, and legal obligations. Contact and demo inquiries are retained so we can follow up and improve response quality. You may request deletion of inquiry records where we are not required to keep them.
8. Security
We use industry-standard practices such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and tenant separation to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and limit staff access.
9. Your choices
- Update profile details inside your portal where available
- Contact us to correct inquiry information or ask about account data
- Plant owners may request export or deletion of plant data subject to active subscriptions and legal holds
10. Children
WaterBookNow is a business service and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. International processing
Servers and subprocessors may process data in Pakistan or other locations where our providers operate. By using the Service, you understand your information may be transferred as needed to deliver WaterBookNow.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
