1. Agreement
By accessing waterbooknow.com or using WaterBookNow software (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.
2. The Service
WaterBookNow provides water plant operations tools, including sales, deliveries, inventory, customer records, staff access, reporting, and related marketplace features. Features may change as we improve the product. Demo requests and contact forms are informational and do not create a paid subscription until we agree in writing (or through an accepted order) to commercial terms.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your plant’s accounts. Plant owners must ensure staff and delivery users only access data they are permitted to see. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt platform integrity
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Use the Service to harass customers or staff, or to process data you have no right to process
- Reverse engineer, resell, or rebrand the Service except as allowed in a written agreement
5. Customer and plant data
You retain ownership of the business data you enter (customers, sales, deliveries, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for having a lawful basis to store customer details.
6. Fees and subscriptions
Paid plans, billing cycles, and renewals are described in your order, invoice, or plan agreement. Failure to pay may result in suspension or limited access. Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
7. Marketplace and bookings
Public plant listings and delivery booking tools connect consumers with plants. Fulfillment, product quality, pricing, and delivery commitments are between the customer and the plant unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.
8. Intellectual property
WaterBookNow branding, software, UI, and documentation are owned by Advanzo Tech or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them except as needed to use the Service under these terms.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advanzo Tech and WaterBookNow are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim (or PKR 10,000 if no fees were paid).
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or if continued use risks the platform or other customers. Provisions that should survive (including IP, liability limits, and confidentiality) remain in effect.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
